Spring and Summer are around the corner... That means fresh vegetables and fruits are in season! Here are our top five favorite seasonal Slow Food recipes:

Our featured local restaurant of the month is Roots Restaurant in San Francisco. It was named San Francisco’s Best Organic Restaurant by San Francisco Weekly in 2009. The restaurant serves dishes with the freshest, locally sourced products. They also serve naturally raised meat and sustainably caught seafood. Check out their website here.
